Donations can be given to the Western North Dakota Synod of the ELCA. That synod office will channel funds as needed to the Bismarck and Minot areas as they deal with major flooding. You may make your check out to the Western ND Synod or to Tri-County Ministry, and mail it to the TCM office in Binford. All donations will be forwarded to the WND Synod as soon as they are received.
TCM continues to accept all donations for disasters in our state, our nation, and throughout the world. The ELCA and the Presbyterian Church (USA) both have Disaster Response organizations.
Go to the “About” section of this website, then click on Links. From there, you can go to the website of either church body and make an online donation.

Your donation may also be brought or sent to the TCM office in Binford, and it will be forwarded to Disaster Response. Your check may be made out to Tri-County Ministry or to the disaster response organization. You may designate a specific relief cause, if you wish, such as Japan, Haiti, Joplin. Please consider your cancelled check as the receipt.
