Our Savior’s Annual Meeting

Meeting was called to order by President Pete Erickson. Pastor Jessica led in opening prayer. Secretary’s and Treasurer’s reports were read and approved. General Fund balance was $3,662.90.
Old Business
1. Brandon Barclay gave us a bid on the roof. It will cost us around $9000.00 for labor and supplies.
2. Will use volunteers to mow the lawn again this summer.
New Business
1. Had discussion on handing out newsletters in church instead of mailing; decided to leave as is.
2. Budget was approved.
3. Iris Brandt will fill Susie Brandt’s position on the Our Savior’s Council. Corey Erickson will represent OS on the TCM council to fill Missy Erickson’s position. Karen Edland was re-elected for a second term on the OS council.
4. Pete will call Walter and Delores Hoyt to see if they would be interested in being delegates to the END Synod and Carrington Conference.
5. Jeanne Hoyt will be our RWBC Delegate.
6. Lola Leir gave the WELCA report.
7. Pastor Jessica reported that an application for an intern will be submitted soon.
